Order progress flag

The Progress Flag symbolizes the LGBTI+ community, including marginalized groups. The flag is constructed like the original rainbow flag, but with five new colors: the three colors of the transgender community flag and a black and brown stripe to represent LGBTI+ black people. This flag was designed by Daniel Quasar. Flaggbutikk only supplies the official Progress Flag under license from the designer.

Material and features

Keeping the traditional six-stripe rainbow design as a base, the Progress Flag adds the colors black, brown, light blue, pink, and white. Together, these form an arrow and represent marginalized people of color, transgender people, and those living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, the new colors commemorate those who have died as a result. Quasar's version of the rainbow flag represents the concept of progress and the path the rainbow community has yet to take.
