The right type of fabric for flags and advertising banners depends on the type of product you choose. Each type of fabric has different properties, tailored to different conditions.

The print-through percentage varies from fabric type to fabric type and is also color-dependent. In most cases, a dark color will have a higher print-through percentage than a light color. On average, we use the following print-through percentages for our different fabric types:
Poly-gloss: 80-95%
Petflag Gloss: 80-95%
LongLife: 80-100%
Poly-Deco: 20%
Poly-Finesse: 60-80%

Silk screen printing

Silk screen printing has traditionally been the preferred technique for canvas printing. Flaggbutikk is the only supplier in Norway with its own silk screen printing production in the Netherlands. Through many years of experience with this in-house production, Flaggbutikk has built up a high level of quality.
