DELIVERY & RETURNS

Here you will find delivery and sales terms for trading with Van Kaam Handel AS.

All packages are shipped with UPS / Posten and the price is from NOK 99 (service package). Flaggbutikk.no pays the remaining part of the actual cost of sending the package.
Flaggbutikk.no offers payment with Klarna, Vipps, Stripe, Paypal or by invoice (EHF).

Delivery
The online store offers 2 delivery methods.

1. Service package (from NOK 99)
A service package must be picked up at the Post Office or Post in store. If you enter your mobile phone number in the registration, a pick-up notification will be sent via text message instead of email. Service packages can be tracked.

2. Express shipping (from NOK 799)
An express shipment is delivered to the office and home. If you enter your mobile phone number in the registration, the pickup notification will be sent via SMS instead of email. Express packages can be tracked.

Delivery time:
I ship the goods from the warehouse in Norway / Netherlands. I try to deliver as complete as possible. Usually it will take 3-10 business days, depending on where in the country you live. Products that are out of stock will take a little longer to deliver. In that case, I will contact you.

*Special cargo surcharge:
Surcharge NOK 349,- (incl. VAT) for packages with a length of more than 120 cm, a width of more than 60 cm and/or a height of more than 60 cm.
The same applies to packages without outer packaging and for packages in roll form. The same surcharge must also be expected if the package is below the minimum dimensions of 23 cm x 13 cm x 1 cm and this results in the package having to be sorted manually.
